What PetPlan Relay does

PetPlan Relay is a record-sharing tool that helps pet owners organise and pass on care instructions. It is not veterinary, medical, emergency, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace a veterinarian or emergency service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping plans accurate and current, obtaining permission before entering another person's details, choosing suitable carers and confirming any authority to approve treatment or spending. For urgent animal-health decisions, contact a veterinarian directly. For danger to people, call the appropriate emergency service.

Accounts and links

Protect your account and trusted-carer links. Anyone with a valid sharing link may view the plan it opens. Do not misuse the service, probe its security, upload unlawful material or interfere with another person's access.

Plans and payment

The free account includes one cloud pet plan. Founding Family is $39 AUD per year, GST included, and includes the advertised paid features. Payments are handled by Stripe. Renewal, cancellation and refund details shown at checkout form part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Availability and liability

We work to keep PetPlan Relay useful and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of a shared link or that a carer will follow instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from inaccurate, outdated or unavailable information. Non-excludable consumer guarantees still apply.

Changes and termination

We may improve the service or update these terms, with material changes posted here. We may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law or address misuse. You may stop using the service and delete your plans at any time.
