What we collect

When you sign in, PetPlan Relay receives the account identity details needed to recognise your account, such as your name and email address. We also store the pet plans you choose to save, including contact, veterinary, medication, routine and emergency information.

The quick plan builder on the home page saves only in your current browser unless you choose to create a cloud account. Cloud plans are stored in PetPlan Relay's service database.

How we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the service, save and share your plans, activate paid membership, respond to support requests and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

A trusted-carer link can be opened by anyone who has the link. Share it only with people you trust, and remove the plan if the link should no longer work. Stripe processes subscriptions and card details; PetPlan Relay does not store your complete card details.

Privacy-friendly measurement

We record basic events such as page views, plan starts, saves and upgrade clicks so we can improve the service. This first-party measurement does not use advertising cookies, create visitor profiles or store IP addresses in our analytics table.

Your choices

Keep only necessary information in a plan, and make sure the people whose details you enter have agreed. You can update or delete cloud plans from your account. You may also ask for access, correction or deletion of account information by emailing lauren@fortunapark.com.au.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and retain information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. No online system can promise absolute security, so keep trusted-carer links private.

We aim to handle personal information consistently with applicable Australian privacy laws. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can investigate and respond.
